Welcome to Bachelors Mingle. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bachelorsmingle.com and any related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Support Bay, LLC, the company that owns and operates Bachelors Mingle, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the Service.

Please report any member who breaks these standards through our Contact Us page.

4. Your content

You own the text, photos and other content you post (“Your Content”). By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, to resize images) and distribute Your Content solely to operate, improve and promote the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time or where we must keep it by law.

You confirm that you have the right to post Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Private messages are not public, but please remember that recipients can share what you send.

Bachelors Mingle is free to use. We do not ask for a credit card or charge for membership. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you first, and you will not be charged unless you choose to buy them.

7. Moderation, suspension and deletion

We may review, edit or remove any content, and may suspend, reject or delete any account, at any time and without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms, puts members at risk or harms the Service. If an account is deleted for breaking these Terms, we may block the connection and email address used with it from signing up or logging in again.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and personal data, please use our Contact Us page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Our content and trademarks

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, staff and partners from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other members or your breach of these Terms.
